The vegan lemon drizzle cake is our yummy 'cake of the month' for January. Its a refreshingly light and moist cake made with organic lemons and has a sweet lemony tang. It would be great served as a dessert with some dairy free ice-cream such as vanilla sweedish glace or just simply enjoy with a hot cup of organic tea.
